Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 onion, diced 
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1/2 cup diced green chime pepper 
  • 1/2 cup diced red chime pepper 
  • 14.5 oz can fire cooked diced tomatoes 
  • 3/4 cups uncooked long grain white rice (I use Jasmine) 
  • 2 cups meat stock 
  • 2 tbsp tomato glue 
  • 1 tsp Italian flavoring 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1/4 tsp dark pepper 
  • 1/2 cups destroyed colby-jack cheddar 
  • 1 tbsp new parsley for decorate

Instructions:

  1. Darker the ground meat with the onion and garlic in a skillet over medium warmth until ground hamburger is completely cooked, disintegrated, and never again pink. Channel and dispose of any fat. Spot the skillet back on the warmth and include the ringer peppers, diced tomatoes, rice, hamburger juices, tomato glue, Italian flavoring, salt and pepper. Mix to join and heat blend to the point of boiling. 
  2. Diminish warmth to a stew, spread and let cook for around 18 minutes, until rice is cooked through. 
  3. Lighten the rice with a fork and top with the destroyed cheddar. Spread again and let cheddar dissolve over low warmth. Enhancement with new parsley and appreciate!
