Ingredients:

  • Cauli Salad: 
  • 1 14-ounce can chickpeas, depleted and flushed 
  • bean stew powder, salt, and pepper 
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets 
  • 1 apple, cut flimsy 
  • 1 shallot, cut flimsy 
  • a bunch of parsley and mint, slashed 
  • 2 firm avocados, cut into lumps 
  • Container Dressing: 
  • 2 tablespoons grainy mustard 
  • 2 tablespoons nectar 
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 
  • 1/4 cup water 
  • squeeze and pizzazz of one lime 
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Chickpeas: Preheat stove to 400 degrees. Spot chickpeas on a preparing sheet fixed with material. Shower with olive oil and sprinkle with bean stew powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook for 20-30 minutes until firm and carmelized. 
  2. Cauliflower Prep: Working in bunches, run the cauliflower florets through a nourishment processor until you get "rice" – it should take around 20-30 heartbeats.
