Ingredients:

  • 7 cups cauliflower florets, slice to reduced down pieces 
  • 3 to 4 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 cup Italian bread scraps 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheddar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat broiler to 425 degrees F. Line a huge, rimmed heating sheet with foil and shower generously with non-stick cooking splash. Put in a safe spot. 
  2. Consolidate the cauliflower and olive oil in an enormous zip close sack and shake to cover. 
  3. Add the rest of the fixings to the sack and shake until covered, squeezing marginally to enable the breading to stick. Pour onto the preparing sheet and shower the highest points of the cauliflower with cooking splash and heat for 20 minutes. Mix the cauliflower and keep on preparing an extra 10 minutes. Serve hot. Appreciate!
